In the directory, type in and choose your search criteria.The respective names will appear in alphabetical order.
You may search for a member using the search tools (last name, year, country). Press the 'Show Data' button to see your search outcome.

The personal profile of each member can only be seen by ITH Alumni members, by clicking on the list names.

2. Problems with the membership registration:

Did you forget your password?
If you still know the username and the email address you registered, just insert it in this form , and you will receive an e-mail with a new password. This password can be changed; if you like, while editing your personal profile.

In case, the system does not have your e-mail address, just fill out the registration form again. Then you will receive a password via e-mail (The password can be changed, while creating your personal profile).

3. Updating your personal profile:

The personal data can only be changed by yourself with your password.
Look for your name on the Alumni Directory and click on it. Then, you will see the profile form, where you can edit your data. Login to the Alumni Directory and update your information.

4. Using the ITH Notice Board (News, Business Contacts, Submit Stories, Pictures, Jobs, Special Offers):

The ITH Notice Board is a central part of the online Alumni Association.
Here your will find three main sections: Klessheim News, Business and Jobs, and Special Offers.

ITH Updates
If you wish to read information about ITH or the Tourism Industry this is the right place to go.
This section contains official news from the ITH Program and Alumni Association.

Examples of official information:
- New projects
- Academic issues (courses, fees, applications)
- Scholarship deadlines

Alumni Updates
Here you will be able to read brief notes and enjoy pictures form ITH members (friends, professors, events, etc). Examples of topics:
- Anniversaries, births, marriages
- Career promotions, ITH success stories
- Klessheim events or experiences

• Special Benefits for ITH Alumni:

Here, it is possible to advertise any legal business service you would like to offer ITH Alumni Members. They could be special prices at your hotel or a any service you want to market.

Examples of allowed offers:
- Discounts at your company or organization
- Special private professional services (even if you are out of the Tourism Industry)
- Free advice about your region or market

Instructions to insert your benefit:
1. Become a member of ITH Alumni Association
2. Once you have an Alumni password, insert a special benefit when completing the profile form
3. Then your special benefit will be put online (only Alumni members will be able to see it)

Login to access your personal profile, and insert a special benefit.
